Account deletion

Delete your account.

You can delete your Tiny Beacon account from the app, or ask us by email from your registered account address.

This page applies to the Tiny Beacon mobile app, including the Google Play app package com.cybernated.tinybeacon.

Start in the app

Open the Tiny Beacon app, go to Settings → Privacy & data controls, then choose Request Account/Data Deletion. Because deleting a family account affects every member, we verify each request through support before anything is removed — the app points you to the email below.

Delete by email

Email [email protected] from your registered account email address and ask us to delete your account. We verify the request and process account deletion within 30 days. You can also reach us at [email protected].

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the account and its associated data:

  • Account details and sign-in
  • Family links
  • All location history
  • Safe zones
  • Alerts and emergency records
  • Consent records
  • Any other safety data associated with the family

If a parent or legal guardian withdraws consent for a child, further collection for that child stops immediately. Data collected for that safeguard is deleted right away, except that emergency-alert and safe-word records can remain after an individual safeguard is turned off; those records are removed with full withdrawal or account deletion. Any residual files are removed by scheduled cleanup.

Stop sharing without deleting your account

You do not have to delete the whole account to change what Tiny Beacon uses. A parent or legal guardian can change consent in the app at any time — collection stops immediately, and data collected for that safeguard is deleted right away, subject to the emergency-record exception described above. A child can raise a concern or ask a grown-up for help, but the parent or legal guardian controls the consent setting.
